How does the water cooler rental process work?

Once you have decided on which water cooler you would like, we will arrange installation with one of our experienced engineers. Once installed you can relax and enjoy chilled filtered water and we will do the rest.
What types of water coolers do you offer?

We offer range of floor standing, counter top or under counter mains fed coolers. If you are after something you can't find please reach out and we would be more than happy to help.
How long is the rental term? Can I rent for short periods?

Our standard term is 36 months, however can offer flexible rental periods, minimum rental terms, and the options for short-term or long-term rentals.
Is there a delivery and installation fee?

No, delivery and installation are included in your rental cost.
How often do I need to service the water cooler?

The water coolers require servicing every 6 months. Don't worry this is included in your rental and we will contact you to let you know it is due and arrange a visit.
Are mains fed coolers better than bottled water?

We definitely think so. The cost savings, convenience, and environmental benefits are significant and only continue to grow over time.
What happens if my water cooler needs repairs?

All you need to do is give us a call. We can either give some expert advise over the phone or we will send an engineer out to repair the unit.
